ROBOOST

Privacy Policy

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the Russian original, published under the laws of the Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

This Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the roboost.ru and roboost.coffee websites, feedback forms, candidate applications and other services of the ROBOOST brand.

1. Personal data operator

Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Oganisyan Arutyun Vardanovich

INN: 262706143657

OGRNIP: 313265114900444

Address: 357432, Russia, Stavropol Krai, Zheleznovodsk, Inozemtsevo, Novorossiyskaya St. 5

Personal-data email: privacy@roboost.ru

2. What data is processed

Depending on the form and purpose of contact, the Operator may process: last name, first name, patronymic, phone number, Telegram handle, city, date of birth, desired position, work experience, readiness date, message text, review, rating, and a contact channel for follow-up.

When visiting the site, technical data may be processed automatically: IP address, browser and device details, date and time of the visit, viewed pages, traffic source, cookies, and similar identifiers.

3. Processing purposes

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • review of candidate applications and contact regarding employment;
  • handling of reviews, inquiries and feedback;
  • discussion of franchise, investment, and other partnership formats;
  • operation of the site, traffic analytics, structure and service-quality improvements;
  • compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

4. Legal basis

Processing is performed on the basis of the data subject's consent and in other cases provided by the laws of the Russian Federation. Analytics starts only after the separate "Accept" choice in the cookie notice. Submitting a form does not enable analytics. If you decline, analytics stays off.

5. Actions with personal data

The Operator may perform collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Yandex Metrica to analyze traffic, interface performance, traffic sources, clicks, page views, and the quality of interaction with the site, including the click-map and session-replay (Webvisor) technologies. The service may use cookies and technical identifiers. The user can restrict cookies in their browser settings.

When enabled, our own analytics runs alongside Yandex Metrica and follows the same consent choice. It records fixed page and action codes, event times, source/device/browser categories, scroll depth, approximate active time and fixed error codes. Events contain no form values, phone numbers, raw page URLs, query parameters or fragments, messages or error text. Campaigns use only approved codes. Random browser and visit identifiers are not linked to form data or Boost ID.

The browser identifier lasts up to 30 days; a visit ends after 30 minutes without events. Individual events in the working database have a retention policy of 30 calendar days using Moscow dates. Aggregate counts without browser or visit identifiers have a retention policy of 396 days; they do not provide unique visitor counts across multiple days. Open "Manage analytics" in the footer and choose "Decline" to stop new collection and remove our identifiers and unsent events from this browser.

Backups of our analytics have restricted access and are used only for recovery. They are rotated separately after recovery is verified. The working database retention period does not mean that all backup copies are deleted at the same time.

7. Storage and localization

Recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement and retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are performed using databases located in the Russian Federation. To operate the site, the Operator uses the Boost Brands group databases and back office (servers located in Russia), Yandex Metrica analytics (including click maps and session replay), and the Telegram messenger for internal notifications about new applications and reviews; Telegram servers may be located outside Russia.

The retention period is determined by the processing purposes and does not exceed the period required to achieve those purposes unless a longer period is required by Russian law. For candidate applications, the indicative retention period is up to 2 years from the date of receipt, unless consent is withdrawn earlier.

8. Data protection

The Operator takes necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, distribution and other unlawful actions.

9. User rights

The user has the right to obtain information about the processing of their personal data, to request refinement, blocking or deletion of the data, to withdraw consent to processing, and to exercise other rights provided by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data.

Requests are sent to privacy@roboost.ru.

10. Policy updates

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is published at roboost.ru/privacy.

Revision of 15 October 2026.
